BIOGRAPHY
Singing for over 20 years,
Laurie Ann Haus is a classically-trained
opera, folk, and world vocalist with
over a decade of professional industry,
recording, & performing experience.
With a flexible voice in both tone and
range, she has become highly sought
after as a session vocalist for TV, film
and video game soundtracks.
In late 2010, Laurie performed "Nightsong," featured on the World of Warcraft: Cataclysm soundtrack, as headlining lead vocalist at BlizzCon in Anaheim, CA, singing in front of a live audience of 15,000 people, with over 100,000 additional live viewers on Direct TV. Upon its release, "Nightsong" quickly became the #1 most-downloaded song featured on the World of Warcraft: Cataclysm soundtrack.
Laurie has been featured on many award winning and well known TV, film, and video game soundtracks, including HBO's The Borgias, the critically-acclaimed film Assassination Games, and the video games Starcraft 2, Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm, and World of Warcraft: Cataclysm to name a few.
Laurie has been trained in many vocal styles by some of the best vocal instructors in the country (and arguably in the world), and has integrated her past and present experience into a flexible style that has been described by composer Benoit Jutras (Cirque Du Soleil) as "a fabulous voice that has the ability to reach deep inside of you."
